Time to play catch up

I warned you in the very beginning, that I am horrible at keeping up with a blog. Well a bunch of people have been asking how Rooster has been and instead of writing everything out a million times, I figured why not hop on here and update everyone at once. Plus I figure I should come on here and keep myself accountable for updating this thing every now and then.

Rooster is doing great!! If anyone thought surgery would slow her down or make her fearful they couldn't of been more wrong. She has no fear and is on full steam ahead. I went back to work part time in June, so she started daycare and I couldn't of made a better decision. She loves it there and she learns so much. I love all the ladies at her daycare and I will be a little sad when she moves up to the one year old room.
Kids
She has been walking since around 8/9 months and hasn't slowed down, she is now getting the hang of running. She isn't the most graceful child though, but that doesn't stop her.  She loves to talk as well! She has a long list of words she can say and sometimes she surprises us with new ones daily, or she just blurts something out like it's no big deal.

She turned 11 months old yesterday! I can't believe in a month I will have a one year old! Where did this past year go? It doesn't help that it was one crazy year all in all. Last year I never thought I would be back living in Florida, but I wouldn't change it for the world. This feels like home, and I know we are where we are suppose to be. We have been blessed with all the people in our lives, and for all the support they have given to us.

At 11 months, Rooster loves:
Walking and trying to run
Playing chase/hide-and-go-seek
Talking
Sharing her food with the dogs
Her "word whammer" toy that sings the ABCs
Elmo

At her last visit last week she weighed 18 pounds 5 ounces!
